We conduct transactions via a modern auction method in which we utilise the marketing of the old auctioning format alongside modern secure sales methods in order to generate interest and in order to allow for complete security in the process throughout.
The seller establishes a reserve price at a point they would be content to complete at. How it all Works
The Partner agent process is tailored to each agent to ensure that each customer and client transaction is targeted in the best manner for all parties involved. Dependent on the property in question either the agent or the UK Property Group will establish a representative to conduct viewing and deal with customer liaising.
Upon completion each sale facilitated by the UK Property Group will be honoured with 50% of commission being awarded to the partner agent that introduced the property.

We now also offer 3D virtual tours of each property at no cost to the agent. One of our team will go to the property in question and conduct a 3d tour of the property and upload the scan to all portals as well as a dedicated property page on our website where investors can tour the property prior to a viewing.
